Rush Orders or 'Quickshot'
It happens, you are in charge of marketing for your company, band or church and you completely space off the shirts you needed to get ordered.
We define a quickshot order as: an order that is needed in less than 14 days from the day you order.
We can accomidate most of these orders, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
Quick shot orders are subject to a 15-55% charge on your total, depending on the size and timeframe of the order. This charge is because of the fact that there might be orders in front of you with deadlines as well and quickshot orders are usually done after business hours or on weekends.
Free Delivery is not valid for quickshot orders. If you are in the KC area and want it delivered, expect a delivery charge unless you pick it up at our shop.
On Quickshot orders, payment will need to be made in full before press. No exceptions. Find out about our payment options here.
Stock availability for quickshot orders is limited. When you place an order 2 weeks in advance, it gives our supplier time to get in any backorders that might be on the order. If an item is out in our local warehouse, and you want it asap, it either will not be possible or we can ship it in from another warehouse... which you will see as 'inbound freight' on your invoice.
Cut off times. Next day orders (if even possible) have to be placed by 1pm the day before you need them. If it is friday at 2pm and you need your order Saturday night... it is not enough time for our supply warehouse to get that order ready. They are not open on weekends. Another option in that case is if you have your own shirts to bring to our shop.
