Customer Supplied Apparel

If you have purchased your own blank apparel and you want us to print on it, we will, but the customer has a few things to remember.

Minimums:
1 color - 50
2 Color - 60
3 Color - 70
4 Color - 80

Apparel supplied by the customer...
Must be compatible with our inks (50/50 or 100% cotton)
Must be new from the mill, not old worn fabric.
Must be willing to drop off or ship apparel to our shop.

We usually are very good about credits and no charge for botched prints on our part, when we mess up on apparel that is purchased from us, we credit the print and apparel that has been botched. When printing customer supplied apparel, if we misprint, we can only credit the cost of the print.

Customer Provided Artwork

You represent and warrant to Brown Bear Printing that you have right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illusion of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the products ordered by you from Brown Bear Printing or it's vendors. You warrant that in obtaining the material and submitting it to Brown Bear Printing for reproduction, you have not violated the property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Brown Bear Printing and its owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against Brown Bear Printing by reason of breach of this warranty, and you agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from any suit, demand, or claim and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Brown Bear Printing in defending against any such suit, demand or claim.

The burden of determining that any material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right rests with you. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses, except as may be permitted by copyright law, from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed by the use of any material protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right. A customer may not use any logo or other graphic material in a manner in which may infringe on copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary mark. A customer also may not use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. We assume no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. You agree to indemnify and hold Brown Bear Printing harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by Brown Bear Printing by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through Brown Bear Printing.

The Customer retains all rights to artwork submitted for decoration through Brown Bear Printing. All films, screens, plates, files, etc with customer's artwork will only be used for the creation of decorated products authorized by the customer. Brown Bear Printing agrees not to share the customers ideas or designs with any other person or entity not employed with or contracted by Brown Bear Printing for the use of supplying you a quote or producing your order.

Artwork Provided by us

Artwork provided by Brown Bear Printing or contracted designers, are the property of Brown Bear Printing or the designer who created the artwork. The license for the created artwork is limited to (whether a creation fee was charged or not) the distribution or selling of the products decorated and the limited representation of the customer through said products. No exclusive rights to the art created by Brown Bear Printing or designers contracted through Brown Bear Printing is given. If you wish to purchase full right to artwork for customer's organization identification or advertisement beyond the scope of the products ordered from Brown Bear Printing with artwork, further paperwork and compensation will apply.

Artwork in bad taste

Brown Bear Printing reserves the right to refuse the decoration of our products if we deem the artwork in bad taste. This includes, but is not limited to, racially motivated or derogatory messages / artwork, negative , offensive, profane, or anything involving drugs, alcohol or anything deemed unlawful involving a school, official office or company.

Brown Bear Printing Reserves the right to refuse service for anything we consider improper.

Setup / Screen Charges

All equipment, and products involved in the creation of your order is the sole property of the owner of the equipment or products. Screens, films, machines, inks are the property of the owners of said items. If the customer accrues screen, ink mixing, or film charges, it is for the time of setup or the use of extra products only. If the customer would like to purchase screens, films, inks, etc.. involved in the creation of their products, it can, most of the time, be arranged.

Substitutions

Brown Bear Printing reserves the right, when necessary, to substitute material of equal or better quality without notification. If you would not like substitutions, please inform us at the time of order.
